CEO Mr. Pasang Sherpa, active in tourism since 1996 and President of the Sherpa Tourism Entrepreneurs Association of Nepal (STEAN), promotes sustainable practices. Executive Director & Guinness record holder Mr. Temba Sherpa, world's youngest Everest summiteer at 16, inspires climbers everywhere with his high-altitude achievements.

Executive Director Mr. Phur Lhakpa Sherpa, educated in Japan with fluent German and worldwide tourism know-how, upholds world-class standards. Mr. Zhiming Gan from China, who has resided in Nepal for over 15 years as a seasoned tourism professional, adds vital insights on
expeditions and partnerships.
